Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Were you able to find all of the traditional foods without problem in the Belgian grocery stores?
ReplyDeleteFinding all the fixings was like a mini treasure hunt! Leah and I went to buy a fresh turkey but "chickened" out at the end. Ha! Actually we ended up finding a turkey just like a Butterball. It was at Stone Manner (google it!). I paid 4euros for a can of pumpkin and it was the best pie we ever had - probably since my mom made it! I even made my own breakfast sausage which is a key ingredient in our stuffing recipe. Delicious!
