How to pick a college

Maria has narrowed her college choices down considerably. Today she told Nana and Papa that her favorite school has a bus that goes to Target once a week. I have raised her well!

    Rachel can walk to the Target on the IU campus from where she is living...and Rebecca will be able to also from the dorm she will be living in. My vote is IU!!! Can I vote multiple times to stack the deck?!
