During the Coronavirus Quarantine we have 5 people hanging out.
Bob is working from home. (Retirement didn’t last too long!) He is cooking up great meals, watching the news nonstop and doing home projects.
Julie is working from home. (Her last day of work is supposed to be June 1. Hope it still happens!) She is cooking up great meals, cleaning up after the other 4 people and working on old craft projects that she started and never finished.
Jenn is completing her final semester of college at home. (Graduation has been cancelled.) She is working with lab group members online, studying hard and experimenting with recipes to work within allergies.
Eric is Leah’s boyfriend and is also doing college from our home. (Who would have ever thought that college kids could get their engineering degree while studying at home?) He is working with lab group members online, studying hard and hiking/running/exercising daily with Leah.
All the kids have apartments that are sitting empty and cars that sit idle in the driveway. I’m sure they would love to be back at school with all their friends but their campus is empty and the bars are closed. It’s all so sad but they are respecting the severity of virus and staying isolated.
